 Scott Powers - Mandolin
Born and raised in Claiborne County Tn in the powell valley area, where I learned to play and sing bluegrass music. I have been greatly influenced by Doyle Lawson, Bill Monroe, Earl Scruggs, J.D. Crowe and Larry Sparks. I have played in several bands all across the country and throughout east Tennessee. Playing Bluegrass Music is my favorite thing to do and I have enjoyed being a part of Shadow Ridge.
